Rachel Knepper PT, DPT — Physical Therapist
Biography
Rachel is a board-certified physical therapist with a Bachelor’s of Science from The University of Akron and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University. Rachel was a captain for Akron’s NCAA Division 1 swim team which fueled her passion for the human body and movement. She is from the Pittsburgh area and enjoys cheering on the Steelers and Penguins.
Rachel has completed additional coursework including Blood Flow Restriction training, Registered Yoga Teacher Training (RYT), and Clinical Management of the Functional Athlete. She also has extensive clinical training in Kinesiotaping techniques and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, swimming, music, exercising, scary movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
